In my first life, I was so desperate to lay a perfect golden premium egg, I rushed into the farm's egg selection too early, before my body was fully grown. The egg I laid was too small, and I got rejected on the spot.

In my second life, I learned my lesson. I ate well, rested fully, and waited patiently until I was fully grown and ready. I stepped onto the selection field again—only to catch a contagious virus from a sick duck competing alongside me. I laid a soft, defective egg, was ruthlessly rejected, and fell ill to my death soon after.

Then I woke up—reborn AGAIN. This time, I was smart. I got health checked and took full precautions before the selection. I stayed far away from any duck that didn't pass health test, no exceptions at all. I finally laid a healthy, perfect egg… but I always wandered near the river. The warm fresh egg rolled straight into the muddy bank. As it cooled and contracted, bacteria and dirt got sucked straight inside. With the hot weather, the egg rotted and stank in hours.

I failed once more.

God gave me ONE LAST CHANCE.

This time, I lived a strict, disciplined life. I only ate nutrient-packed feed, swam and ran every day to stay strong, cleaned my nest regularly, and replaced it with fresh, dry, clean straw every single day.

When the time came, I laid my perfect egg, safe and sound in my dry, soft nest. The farm manager picked it up, inspected it carefully, and broke into a proud smile. All the stress in my heart melted away.

From that day on, I lived the good life. I got my own luxury duck house, cleaned daily with fresh straw, top-quality feed every meal. I became the most valuable, irreplaceable top breeder duck on the entire farm.

My premium eggs go through professional cleaning, step-by-step frozen freshness locking, and full cold-chain transport to Li Ji Food Co., Ltd. cold storage facilities.

When the machines roar to life, the eggs are carefully cracked open, and the egg liquid are poured into premium flour, mixed evenly. The rich wheat aroma blends with the fresh, savory scent of eggs, filling the entire production workshop with an irresistible, mouthwatering fragrance. The fully mixed dough is sent to the noodle pressing machine, rolled again and again until it's less than 1mm thin, glowing smooth and translucent under the light.

The dough sheet is then cut into uniform, fine noodles, which go into a sterilization tank. Workers shape the noodles into neat portions and place them on stainless steel trays, sending them through a low-temperature drying line for over six hours. All excess moisture is removed, and golden dried noodles come out the other end. After strict packaging and quality checks, these noodles are sent to supermarkets worldwide, loved by all ages and praised as the most authentic, delicious Liji Jook Sing Noodles.
